We went over to our friends Steve and Cheryl’s last night, and they made us the most amazing meal~completely fat and calorie free of course!

Ok, so maybe there were a feeeew calories.

My mom and dad just bought us a Big Green Egg after hearing Houston gush over Steve’s (thanks Mom and Dad for the early birthday present!), so of course Houston was all over watching Steve use his.

Let me tell you…if you value quick and easy, this is not for you.  But…if you value HEAVENLY TASTE, this is IT!

I think it’s time for a nap…
