I’ve been trying to think about how long I’ve known Nona… We worked together at Bank of America, and get together as part of a girl’s group for movies and shows occasionally. Unfortunately, it’s not as often as we all would like, but such is life after marriage and kids. Again, the great thing about Facebook! Nona posts a lot of beautiful pictures of her kids and family, so I was very excited when she contacted me about taking some family pictures. She suggested the University of Washington campus, and again…so excited! I can’t believe I’ve never been on the campus!! It is GORGEOUS, with all these old buildings and tons of beautiful trees. The only hard thing was deciding where to stop!
It was a liiiiiittle chilly, but NOT raining~woo hoo. Ayla was doing a little dance when I first met up with them, and it was so cute!
This is Holden. LOVE his hair!!
There were these little heat vents that blew up hot air. It seemed the perfect solution to warm the kiddos up and serve as a posing platform 🙂
“You want me to do what?”
In the running for favorite!
Awe… 🙂
Double awe!!!
Also in the running for favorite!
Seriously, so hard to pick. Love the colors, love the cuteness…
I thought these bike racks were so cool, and the perfect size for a tunnel…
or jail. I may have let that reference slip, and then Ayla was like “HELP! I’m in JAIL!” Ha ha, ok, next location before the campus police get called 🙂 Ok, I’m done trying to pick a favorite… 🙂
I’ll end with this one, because it’s so cute and anyone who has a little boy (or girl!) will know how much fun Holden had when given the green light at the end of the shoot 🙂 Thank you Steve, Nona, Ayla, and Holden for a fun morning! It was great getting to run around, play in the puddles, and capture your adorable family 🙂
I love how you group the photos…it totally captures the moment! Thanks again for a super fun day! Nona
